Phil - It seems like your wealth development ideas are lost on PokerDonkey, but market exploiters play an important role too. It seems that economic sentiment in this great country wobbles back and forth between development and exploitation. Maybe our nation is finishing an exploitation cycle of screwing "them" and can back to building some wealth again for the next round of 'screwers." It seems clear that developmental investment in infrastructure and manufacturing research is overdue.

You Know Phil - when the last Czarist government under president Kerensky began colapsing the new business interests in Russia sold off Russian commodities, took their money, and moved to European cities. In Kerensky's case he bought a retirement in a NYC Fifth Ave. apartment for the rest of his life. Maybe that's what is happening here. It's just that in our modernity we don't have to sell off the actual goods just capitalize need through the derivative market. I think that when this is over there will be a lot of retirees to comfortable places, and they will take our capital with them. I think some folks defined the Great Depression as a period when there were lots of goods but no money to buy them. I hope that is not our destiny here.

Thanks for taking notice that there are lots of media faces out there without the economic, financial, or investing credentials to be taken as seriously as the media promotes them to be. So fronting for institutions warping the markets for selfish gain continues to make itself more of an issue. Conivance between businesses, government and the media to make markets exclusive the a common good will have to be addressed in the light of modern communication powers.
